Dilip Chenoy

Dilip is currently Secretary General of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He leads the permanent secretariat of the industry chamber, which is the largest and oldest apex business organisation in India, and a potent voice for policy change. FICCI represents over 2,50,000 members through Member Bodies covering all the States of India.

Before joining FICCI, Dilip served as Managing Director & CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). NSDC fosters private sector investment and initiatives in training and skill development.

Dilip has also worked in several key industry organizations, including SIAM as its Director General. He was a member of the Harvard Business School project under Professor Michael Porter that worked on the competitiveness of Indian industry. With varied experiences of working in the private sector, he advices start- ups including organisations in the digital, education, skills and livelihood space. Dilip has also served as Chairman of an Engineering Institute.

A fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science (WAPS), he was awarded the Indian Achievers Award in 2018, The Game Changer Award in 2015 and the Rashtriya Media Ratan Award in 2013.

Sonia Prashar

A professional who works with the acumen and diligence of an entrepreneur, Sonia has been spearheading the trade fair success of the German companies and holdings in India

She joined the Indo German Chamber of Commerce in 1996 and was responsible for Chamber’s very active role at Indian Trade shows in all regions, promoting “Trade Fairs” as an effective tool for marketing, while looking out on new possibilities and making a judicious selection in the changing market. Since the inception of this activity have handled the German Participation of large, small and medium sized companies at more than 250 shows

She represented the Chamber at various national / international events. Effectively promoted collaborations and constructive communication between Indian and German companies to develop effective partnership with each other and developed successful networking channels for the access, sharing and dissemination of information with leading Indian & German Industry Associations / Government Bodies.

In 2016 she was Promoted to the position of Deputy Director General stationed in the Delhi office of the Chamber since then she has actively participated in several M&A projects in India and Germany on behalf of German companies, including due diligence and legal.

She has created various incubation models for German businesses as market entry strategy and establishing the stable groundwork for matured investments.

Kabir Bhogilal

He has spent most of his educational life in the UK and also worked for various industries around the country. Kabir returned to India in the early 2000. Previously he had been working as a Management Consultant, before he took a step into the Engineering field. The Family business that is 129 years old and he is the fourth generation.

He is a person who wears multiple hats and always strives to be the best, at the roles he takes on. He works with companies in the capacity as an Advisor/Mentor. Kabir works also with charitable organisations in the field of Medical, Child Care and Education.

In the year 2014 he formed a company called Unique Ability Consulting. This company helps children/adults with Specific Learning Difficulties. Kabir has been the driving force in introducing other methods of learning (Assistive Technology) in schools and Associations. He is a firm believer of the motto, “Every Child Has a Unique Ability”. Through this company he has been able to support families and to guide them to understand the hidden disability ‘Dyslexia’. As a Dyslexic himself, he is able to guide and share his views that are true to his life and hopefully that will help others to understand the intricacies of Dyslexia that people may not know about. He feels that every contribution that he makes to help children and adults recognise their ability to grow and achieve their potential, makes his and Unique Ability Consulting overall goal very meaningful. Today Kabir is known as the Dyslexic Entrepreneur.

Dr. Kunal Dev Sharma

Kunal Dev Sharma completed his BVSc & AH from Haryana Agriculture University, Hissar. His love for horses led him to train in equines at the Hyderabad Turf club, after which, he worked in South East Asia for a few years at a multispeciality mixed animal practice.

Following this he diversified, going on to pursue ophthalmology as a specialty from Australia. He is also one of the few Indian veterinarians to have earned a prestigious membership to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, UK.

Kunal returned to India in 2011 after working in England for a couple of years. The interest in orthopaedics was inculcated in the year 2009 when he worked In an orthopaedic referral hospital in UK and since then he has trained intensively in spinal surgeries and trauma surgeries. Today he is an active member and trainer of international veterinary orthopaedics community (member of AOvet and European society of veterinary orthopaedics and traumatology).
